We truly believe that how you start your day determines how your day will go, which is why establishing a daily ritual is the focus of our brand, mission, and all of our creations.
Creating a habit of connecting inward, and offering your desires to the Divine allows for an expansiveness to occur, leaving more love and abundance where doubt, confusion, and pain once lived.
We’ve created our kits and individual products with deep intention to support you on your journey towards creating the life of your dreams.
With each thought, belief, and word spoken, you’re sending out energetic frequencies into the world. Our invocation guide and cards will help you create a more supportive dialogue to manifest your desires from a spiritual level.
Our hope is that by using our kits and creations you will begin to feel a deeper sense of purpose, belonging, and love for yourself and the world around you. And with that, begin to create a ripple effect to be felt through time and space.
Thank you for BEING the reason we do this work, and opening yourself up to possibility by honoring your mind, body, heart, and soul.
A deeper LOVE is waiting… and it’s yours for the taking. It all starts here. Welcome to My Spiritual Ritual.
About Tiffany Gale
Hi, I’m Tiffany, a straight-shooting East Coaster turned West Coast hippie (kidding… kinda) dedicated to radical authenticity and my spiritual path.
Growing up on the East Coast, it was ingrained in me to “go to school and get a good job”. But looking back, as the resident vitamin-pusher to my sorority sisters in Rhode Island with a curiosity in the metaphysical, there was a deeply rooted knowing that there had to be more to this whole human BEING thing.
After getting a dual degree in Business Marketing and CIS, I found myself in a lucrative career. But there was an emptiness inside, and the seeker within me could not shake the feeling that I was meant for more. I ended up going back to school to study Holistic Nutrition, and after spending years in a successful marketing career, I decided to take a hiatus to pursue my passion for helping people feel better, from the inside out. But first, I had to get honest about the way I was living.
You see, I’d spent years feeling “sick and tired” without understanding why. I began looking deeper into the body (nutrition), and eventually, the connection to the mind and spirit as well. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Celiac disease that I began to really take a look at how I was fueling my mind, body, and soul. My diagnosis was both a blessing and a really hard pill to swallow (no pun intended) - and also, a necessary part of my journey.
After 3 years solely dedicated to a career in Nutritional Counseling, while learning how to heal my body and mind, I dove back into Marketing but this time, I was more intentional. I took my background in Health and paired it with Business/Marketing to serve consciously aware companies committed to making a positive impact. I have worked with companies such as Chopra, Amazing Grass, AppleGate and more, supporting their growth through digital marketing as well as helping with the development of creating a strong company culture.
Dreams Do Come True
Prior to living on the West Coast, I’d spent years traveling from the East Coast to sunny San Diego, happily sipping fresh pressed juice, visiting The Chopra Center, and exploring the spiritual community of my favorite little town, Encinitas, CA. I vowed that I would make this my home someday. And it just so happened to be right next to Yoganada’s Self Realization Center and Meditation Gardens, which is where my commitment to my spiritual journey began.
When the company I was working for was sold, I took it as a sign that it was time to take the leap and head to the West Coast. And so I did.
Tara was also based in Encinitas (2 minutes from my apartment!), and led weekly meditations, which I attended every Thursday. Meeting Tara and cultivating a consistent spiritual practice transformed my life. And to this day, years later, I have been committed to my daily meditation practice, spending 40+ minutes each morning and night in stillness as a way to come home to myself, and connect with the Divine (Source). I’ve had the pleasure and honor of studying with Sharada Ma at Satsang for years now, and believe this addition to my practice has been a catalyst to a deeper understanding and appreciation for spirituality, and above all a greater depth of inner joy, love, freedom, and peace.
My life mantra: Be radically authentic. It’s a lot of work to try to be someone other than yourself and I believe that the world needs us as the truest version of ourselves.
I know what it's like to feel “sick and tired” - and I also know what it’s like to walk the path of healing, while remaining radically authentic (a mantra I stand by). Our paths do not have to define us. However, if we allow them to, they can absolutely transform us for the better.
By showing up as the truest versions of ourselves each day, we remind others of the grace and ease (divinity) available to us all. We can do this in our work, and in our lives. I’ve spent 15+ years working alongside conscious companies for this very reason. It’s also why I only consult and partner with for-benefit companies that give back. And a big reason I love being part of My Spiritual Ritual.
My Spiritual Ritual is not just a company, it’s a movement. It’s not just what I preach, it’s how I live. I was honored when Tara asked me to become her partner in creating a culture dedicated to alignment, and service… a place where fellow seekers would be free to learn how to create more love, health, and wealth — tapping into the magic in their everyday lives (another dream come true!).
